ELA B10:
Contrast paragraph on Mars and Jupiter is due tomorrow. You will have the first 20 minutes of class to type this if you need it. You will have to take the language study that will be done this period home for homework. Remember to have your paragraph edited by the start of class. Of Mice and Men exam is on Thursday, March 1. (5 marks: Matching, 25 marks: Multiple Choice, 20 marks: Short Answer, and 10 marks: Paragraph questions).

There are a number of incomplete reading journals already and we have only had class for three weeks! You know who you are!!! Marks for Term 1 need to be entered by March 21 - 3 weeks from tomorrow!

ELA B30: We will continue presenting our poems tomorrow and then we will move on to our next assignment. Reading workshop/language study will be on Friday.

ELA B10: Have your outline for your planet paragraph done for tomorrow. Your final copy will likely be due on Wednesday. Don't forget about your Of Mice and Men exam on Thursday.

ELA B30: No homework. We will finish our poem discussion sheets tomorrow in class. Then each group will have to teach their poem to the rest of the class.

ELA B10: We will finish the movie tomorrow and will be doing some questions to wrap up the book. No homework for tomorrow. Did you all hand in your journal entries???

ELA B30: Quiz on Sonnet 29 tomorrow. Remember to study your sonnet in detail, the notes on a sonnet in general (including specifics about the English and Italian sonnets and their differences) and the figures of speech. You need to complete your questions on "The World is Too Much With Us" for tomorrow as well.

ELA B10: Finish your sheet on Comparision/Contrast paragraphs to the end of the comparison of Northern and Southern Italy. We will finish the rest on Friday.

ELA B30: Finish your journal entry by tomorrow - you will only lose one late mark!
